Pending Charges, but Credit Card was declined.
From time to time we receive emails from customers that see a pending transaction on their bank account, but their credit card was declined. First off there is no need to worry, the money you see pending will never be taken by us if we declined the transaction. What is happening is your bank is setting this money in a reserve until they realize that we declined the transaction at which point the money will be returned to you by your bank.


Do the e-liquids you manufacture contain diacetyl?
No we do not add diacetyl to any of the e-liquids we manufacture.
